Such a great experience with Linea! The team was extremely responsive, informative and transparent. I was always a bit cautious of aligners as I’ve seen varying results, but you get paired with an actual dentist who properly examines your teeth and is there throughout the entire process. I loved that they would check up on progress and were always there to address any questions. The process took around 7 months and the results were far better than I expected. My teeth are looking fantastic now!

I had a great experience with Linea! I was looking for a cheaper alternative to Invisalign but didn’t want to go for at-home straightening kits. The process was really easy - they booked my appointments, sent me reminders at the end of each month to upload my progress and checked in with me regularly to see how I was doing. They replied to my questions very promptly too! Dr Shaun was very patient and kind and took time to listen to my concerns. He explained the process thoroughly and gave me lots of advice. I’m super happy with the end results!

I am already a few months into my Linea treatment, and I am super happy with the results so far! I did my research and compared other aligner brands, and I felt that Linea was going to be the best company to go with. I am glad I followed through! I can already see my teeth moving and can’t wait to see the end results! Not only is Linea’s customer service super responsive, the dental practice they pair you with is also attentive. I feel like I have multiple people holding my hand along my aligner journey.

I started my Linea journey in June 2022, I chose Linea for my clear aligners as my process was monitored by a dentist which I liked.The process was really easy and straight forward.My initial appointment with the dentist involved photos and getting all the info involved.The Linea team where always so helpful and efficient with any questions I needed answered.Seeing the 3D video of what my teeth will look like was amazing:)I had to get IPR on my bottom teeth (as they were very crowded) which involved the dentist shaving them down so they would fit when they moved into place.This process was a little uncomfortable but didn't hurt.I found the aligners quiet comfortable,I spoke a little wierd for the first week but was worth it.Was amazing when I started seeing the results :)I had a total 14 aligners over 6 months was the best decision I have made.So incredibly happy with my teeth and the whole process.I would highly recommend Linea.

I have just finished my clear aligners treatment with Linea and I couldn’t be more happy with the result and the service I received from Linea. They are well priced and you get a team of in-house (Linea) dentists as well as an in-person dentist overlooking the whole process.Linea customer service is absolutely amazing. They addressed all my concerns in a timely manner and was available 7 days a week. They even arranged for one of the dentists to call me and addressed any concerns I had with IPR (and assured me that it’s totally safe).They paired me up with my dentist, Michelle Nguyen (@Syndal Dentistry) and she was really careful and thorough throughout the process. She checked to make sure my teeth were fine to undergo the treatment process at the start (including getting filling done prior to the treatment) and that they were aligning properly throughout the process.I remember I wasn’t 100% happy with the result after I completed the first set of aligners and they actually reviewed the plan and arranged for additional aligner retainers (for a few more adjustments) at no additional cost to give me the smile I am absolutely happy with! Overall, great result, great experience and absolutely amazing customer service from Linea!

I’ve been really happy with my results from linea! The whole process was easy to follow and Dr James is super friendly and educational. As someone who used to wear braces, my top teeth were beginning to move slightly so we discussed some different options but ultimately the aligners were best for my circumstance- I had a total of 6 that I moved through in the span of 2 months and now I’m on the final one! It’s definitely worth it

I did a fair bit of research before choosing to go with Linea. For me, Invisalign is too expensive, Byte, SmileDirectClub and a few others were priced well but unable and/or unwilling to deal with my particular needs (open bite, crowding top and bottom), and at 26 I wasn't willing to go with traditional braces. Furthermore, heaps of at home aligner treatments have too little dentist supervision which although rare, can lead to complications which you can find reviews on reddit and google for these other brands.From what I understand, Linea is a fairly new company and are probably growing and improving a fair bit since I started my treatment. Here's what I thought of Linea:a. The process/experience: 4.5/5I wasn't bothered by all the brushing and flossing between meals as this is pretty much what I did anyway. Sometimes it can be a bit annoying to take the aligners in and out every time you eat or drink (aside from water) but its a small price to pay for straight teeth.I ran into a couple of hick-ups along the way like the aligners sometimes not fitting properly or the pull tool damaging the aligners when removing (don't use the tool if you can avoid it) but the customer service team along with the dentist overseeing the process helped me with whatever I needed.b. The dentist: 5/5Dr Darren Ma was great. His practice, Holistic Dental, is in Donvale. A bit of a hike for me but I only had to go there 3 times in 8 months so wasn't too big of a deal. His place was clean, professional... all of the above. As mentioned above, Darren was always there to help when needed, whether that be through the customer service team or a direct phone call. Cheers Darren if you read this.Only thing that would make it better is if there were more dentists providing this service but that will come with time.c. The customer service 5/5Very easy. All through Whatsapp, quick response time and always gave the info I needed. This is how customer service should be.d. The results 4.2/5Baring in mind that my case was fairly complicated the results are very good. Not perfect, but from what I had to what I've got now the difference is night and day. And given that most other clear aligner brands weren't able to treat me or would have cost 2-3 times more than Linea I think the results are pretty bloody good.If you have a less complicated bite/teeth then I can almost guarantee you that you will get exactly what you are looking for with your Linea treatment.Overall, for the price I paid (I think around $2700 or $2800, can't remember exactly), Linea are a fantastic option.

I have just completed my smile journey with Linea and I couldn’t be happier! My treatment took around 8 months and from start to finish it was a smooth and easy process.The Linea partner dentist, Dr Ian made me feel calm, at ease and relaxed at each and every appointment. I was a little bit scared of the IPR, but Dr Ian explained exactly why I needed it and he was so gentle I hardly felt it.Linea’s customer service is honestly next level! They explained everything about Linea, clear aligners and the treatment. They paired me up with a Linea customer care specialist on Whatsapp who was available 7 days a week throughout my treatment. They booked my appointments, reminded me of appointments and checked in with me each month. I lost an aligner during treatment and all I had to do was message their customer care specialist and they sorted it out promptly.I am really happy with the result and I now smile at every occasion. My only regret is that I didn’t straighten my teeth earlier with Linea. I strongly recommend Linea to anyone who is looking to straighten their teeth affordably but also safely with a dentist involved.

The process with Linea was super simple from start to end. I was able to communicate with them via WhatsApp and all my appointments were organised in a simple manner.They were very accomodating, I broke 2 of my aligners & they sent swift replacements.The aligners were comfortable and the process took only 6 months and I am very happy with the results. Would definitely recommended Linea to others going forward and I have already done so!
